Molesworth is a great ride through the wide open. Desolate country, covered with rabbit holes and rose hip. Straggling grass and grey scree. It took 5 days to ride from Nelson to St Aranaud, through the Rainbow road, then back north through Molesworth, out through the Clarence Valley to Seddon, and down to Kaikoura. Awesome! [...]

360 views of the entire top of the south… and the bottom of the north! Dense bush. Rush hour was one car. Good gravel roads, and great camping.
